At VividFront, we take a refreshing approach in how we manage our agency-client relationships. We don’t classify strategy, design, development and marketing as projects that just need to get done. The services we offer are the way we grow our clients’ businesses.
We take a holistic approach to all of our efforts. We don’t draw a line in the sand as a way of avoiding solving a problem. We are capable of operating in nearly any medium, and have experience integrating traditional marketing tactics into our digital marketing strategies. VividFront is not a niche firm. We have worked in almost every industry, in both B2B and B2C contexts. As a result, we wield an enormous set of tacit knowledge and experience when overcoming challenges.

At VividFront, we put our team first by being collaborative, helpful and reliable to each other. We give more than we expect to receive. We don’t try and blame others, instead we strive to own problems so that nobody else has to deal with the same problem too. We work to raise each other up through support, mentorship and accountability.
Take the High Road
Whether with a client or internally, we are presented with multiple forks in the road. Choosing a path forward will often come with a pair of “pros” and “cons” no matter which path you choose. At VividFront, we take the high road. By acting with integrity, we should always strive to do what’s right. We want to be completely honest, even if that is to VividFront or our own personal detriment. These good ethics are what helps us to take ownership over problems, and naturally gravitate to the solution that will keep us on the high road.
When you read about successful entrepreneurs, a consistent pattern is formed in the biographies that tell their stories. They have persistence and a “can do” positive attitude. If you’ve ever watched Michael Jordan winning in the NBA finals, or seen in-car footage of a passionate F1 race car driver, you may have seen examples of the Flow State. Researchers have identified flow as a state of mind that is reached by knowing what to do, how to do it, how well you are at it, what to do next, are highly skilled but are challenged, and focused on what is presently in front of you. At VividFront, we work to give each team member the right mix of the comfort zone, training, and new challenges. We want to foster each team member's unique flow state so they can feel the nirvana of doing more, doing better, and knowing why they are enjoying it.
Lead with Empathy
At VividFront, we try to meet people where they are at. Before we act, we try to put ourselves in other people’s shoes. We work to understand perspectives that are different from our own. We work to sit on the same side of the table as clients, so that we can see things from their perspective. We know that everybody is human. Mistakes happen, and sometimes we fail. We give permission to others to be vulnerable so that we may understand them. We are vulnerable ourselves so that others may understand us.
