Marketing Project Manager (Experienced) — Cleveland, OH

We’re looking for a well-rounded, energetic Marketing Project Manager who aspires to work in a fast-paced agency. In this role, the focus will be to build strong relationships with our clients by strategizing new initiatives that help them grow their businesses and to lead those projects to completion. You will have the opportunity to work with business leaders across a wide variety of industries and will be instrumental in their growth.
The Marketing Project Manager role includes the entire process of ideation, strategy, relationship management, and project leadership. As a Marketing Project Manager on our team you will be expected to have superior verbal and written communication skills, as well as to be detail oriented, confident, collaborative, and capable of prioritizing a busy schedule. You will also be expected to navigate tough conversations and resolve conflicts both internally and externally. Our Marketing Project Managers are instrumental in the performance of the relationships we have with our clients and are expected to always treat our clients assets as if they were their own.
The successful candidate will gain a wide range of experiences with a broad range of businesses from startups to established brands. You will be the primary point of contact with executives and decision makers from around the world. Education & Experience requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a related role (marketing agency, internal marketing team, sales, etc.). Agency experience is preferred.
Experience in lead generation marketing and/or eCommerce marketing
This is a full-time position.
Work from our Cleveland HQ (remote privileges can be granted, but candidates must be local to Ohio and work 3 days per week at HQ.)
Some major job responsibilities include:
Develops strong relationships internally and externally - the #1 priority!
Manages a portfolio of clients by gaining an understanding of their business goals and needs
Serves as the primary point of contact for clients - AKA their personal quarterback
Meet client business goals through tasking, timeline management, calendar management, strategic budget oversight, and clear communication
Works hand-in-hand with internal teams and collaborates to meet deadlines
Monitors out-of-scope requests and manages additional estimates and approvals
Succinctly unpacks and communicates relevant data to clients, and confidently answers their questions relating to marketing performance (SEM, PPC, SEO, Social Media, Email Marketing, etc.)
Conceptualizes creative ideas for marketing, design, and development teams to execute
Brainstorms new opportunities to improve results for clients
Champions high-quality work and quality assurance for deliverables
Follows processes and uses company tools to streamline projects and maintain efficiencies
