Everstream: On-Site Personalization

The Opportunity
Everstream, the business-only fiber network, broadens its service offerings across the Midwest. In an effort to improve users’ conversion rates and on-site engagement, they turned to us to create a compelling and personalized homepage experience.
The Strategy
VividFront and Everstream worked together to create an optimal, personalized homepage experience based on users' location. To do this, we created nine custom network map images that would serve via based on the geographic market of the user using GIS API, HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. Once the personalizations were deployed via Google Optimize, users in all Everstream markets would be served with tailored messaging and map images showing fiber near them.
The goal was to deliver a personalized, rich on-site experience that implicitly made users feel more of a connection with the Everstream brand, as the page was crafted to them rather than a generic audience.
