VividFront ("VividFront," "we," "us," or "our") operates vividfront.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information We Collect
Information you give us
We collect information you choose to provide, such as when you fill out a contact form, email or call us, subscribe to updates, apply for a job, or reach out about our podcast. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, the content of your message, and anything you include in a job application (such as a resume or portfolio link).
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information about your device and your visit. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, the pages you view, the links you click, the time and length of your visit, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We collect this through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies described below.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from advertising and analytics partners, social media platforms (for example, if you interact with our LinkedIn page), and publicly available sources. We may combine this with information we already have.
How We Use Information

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors find and use the Site. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
HubSpot, to manage forms, email communications, and our customer relationship records. HubSpot sets cookies that help us recognize return visitors and understand which content is most useful.
Advertising pixels [confirm which apply: Google Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel], to measure ad performance and show ads to people who have visited the Site.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the Site work. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and adjust your Google ad settings at adssettings.google.com.
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:
Service providers. We work with companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, analytics, CRM and email platforms, and applicant tracking. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
Advertising and analytics partners. Partners such as Google and LinkedIn may collect information through the Site as described in the Cookies section. Under some state laws, this may be considered "sharing" or "targeted advertising," and you can opt out as described below.
Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business transfers. If VividFront is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
With your consent. We may share information for other purposes when you ask us to or agree to it.
Email Communications
If you subscribe to our emails or contact us, we may send you updates about our services, insights, and podcast episodes. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at results@vividfront.com to be removed. We may still send you non-marketing messages related to an active inquiry or project.
Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, such as maintaining a business relationship, responding to inquiries, or meeting legal, tax, and accounting requirements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or data transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of information you send to us.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

Opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information
Residents of certain states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and others with consumer privacy laws, may have additional rights under those laws. To make a request, email results@vividfront.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will need to verify your identity before we respond. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Visitors Outside the United States
VividFront is based in the United States, and the Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the U.S., where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-Party Links and Embedded Content
The Site contains links to other websites and may include embedded content such as podcast players and videos from services like Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube. These third parties may collect information about you under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Client Data
This policy covers information we collect through the Site and our own business operations. When we handle personal information on behalf of our clients (for example, while managing a client's website, CRM, or advertising accounts), we act as a service provider, and that client's privacy policy governs how the information is used.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice on the Site.
